At this time, we only allow online booking for self-pay chiropractic visits, which includes those using our standard 20% same-day pay discount, ChiroHealthUSA memberships, prepaid plans, or financial hardship agreements..

It does NOT include those who use their health insurance, even if you pay a copay or deductible amount toward your insurance on the same day as your visit! Do NOT book an online appointment if you want to use your health insurance! At this time, you must call us for health insurance visit scheduling so we can be certain all parameters for care plans, paperwork, etc. are met.

For ALL patients: If it has been more than one year since your last visit here, you MUST call our office to schedule!

Please call if you are unable to find an appointment time that works for you. We may be able to find something that will work for you that doesn’t show as an option in online booking.
